Q1. What's your biggest change in the past ten years?
I've become more accepting of 'imperfection'. I used to think everything had to be done perfectly. Now I know some things just need to be 'good enough'. This has made me much more relaxed and able to enjoy the process.
Q2. What do you understand now that you didn't back then?
Time really does change everything. Things that felt huge back then now seem trivial in hindsight. Instead, those everyday moments I didn't pay attention to became the most precious memories.
Q3. If you could go back to college, what would you do differently?
I would spend more time with family. Back then I always thought there would be plenty of time later, but those meals together and conversations are actually the most precious moments.

Q1. What's your biggest change in the past ten years?
The biggest change is learning to say 'no'. I used to want to try everything, but now I know that focusing on what truly matters is how you achieve results. Less is more.

Q2. What do you understand now that you didn't back then?
Networking isn't about how many people you know, but how many would reach out when you need help. True friends don't need daily contact, but they're always there when it matters.
Q3. If you could go back to college, what would you do differently?
I would start investing earlier. Not to get rich, but to have more freedom of choice. Financial freedom brings time freedom.

Q1. What's your biggest change in the past ten years?
I learned to listen. I used to be eager to express my own thoughts, but now I realize true understanding comes from first understanding others. This has greatly improved my relationships.
Q2. What do you understand now that you didn't back then?
Health is the foundation of everything. When I was young, staying up late for work seemed fine. Now I know that was borrowing from the future. Body warning signs should be taken seriously.

Q3. If you could go back to college, what would you do differently?
I would more bravely pursue what I love. Back then I cared too much about others' opinions and chose the 'safe' path. But life has no standard answers.
